The Importance of Promoting Nigerian Tourism

NNEKA ISAAC-MOSES is the twin brain behind the multiple award winning culture and travel TV programme, Goge Africa. A program she conceptualized and nurtured with her husband and business partner from inception and built into a respectable brand in Africa. 

Goge Africa is an award-winning Pan-African Tourism and Cultural programmer, which was founded in the year 1999. The program is watched by over 40 millions television viewers across the globe. The Goge Africa team have been to over 32 countries in Africa.  Goge Africa recently emerged as one of the winners for the African Top 100 Tour Operators Award at AKWAABA 2018.

Nneka's love for service to the community as well as passion for education led her to become co-founder and Vice President of the Goge Africa Foundation. Popularly known as GAF, the non-profit/charity organization is currently planning its free 10th signature Career and Guidance Seminar, which targets more than 3,500 students in and around Lagos. Through the foundation, she has supported women in micro businesses and facilitated scholarships and grants to scores of deserving students.

Her works and contribution to tourism, culture & media in Africa have earned her several awards and recognitions including the Young Ambassador for Peace Award in 2011 by Universa; Peace Federation, the Top 100 African Women in Tourism at AKWAABA 2017 among many others. Both she and her husband were inducted into the Hall of Fame by Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Award.
